When you initially sign into Online Banking you will be on the Account Summary page. On the left menu pane, select Account Services followed by Stop Cheques, which appears just under Account Services on the left. If you recently issued any new stop cheques they will show on this page. You will have the option in the left menu pane to Stop a Single Cheque or Stop a Range of Cheques. Select the option that would apply, fill out the required fields and submit.
